Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fifty Boutique. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in Türkiye.

During sales periods, holidays, new collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to selected international destinations.

Available shipping countries, methods and rates will be shown at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Estimated delivery times:

- Europe: approximately 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: approximately 5–12 business days
- United States & Canada: approximately 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: approximately 7–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Where applicable consumer law sets a mandatory delivery rule or timeframe, that rule will apply.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

- Destination country
- Order value
- Package weight
- Shipping method
- Promotions or free shipping offers

5. Tracking Information

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

6. Customs, Duties, Import Taxes and VAT

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees or other local charges depending on the destination country.

Unless duties and taxes are clearly collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier, customs authority or local postal service before delivery.

Fifty Boutique is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other import-related charges unless they have been clearly collected at checkout.

7. Delivery Duty Paid and Delivery Duty Unpaid

If your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, applicable duties and taxes may be collected at checkout.

If your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid or Delivered At Place basis, duties and taxes may be payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

The checkout page and shipping method will determine whether duties and taxes are collected in advance.

8. Customs Delays

Customs inspections may cause delays that are outside our control.

Fifty Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, unpaid import charges, local postal delays, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, strikes, incorrect address information or force majeure events.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email address are complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees, return shipping fees and any carrier charges.

10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a customer refuses delivery, does not pay customs duties or import taxes, fails to collect the package, or is unavailable for delivery, the package may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier.

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for:

- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Carrier handling fees
- Any additional charges billed to Fifty Boutique

These costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

11. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at:

We will help you check the tracking status and, where possible, open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

A package is not considered lost until the carrier confirms it as lost or until the maximum investigation period has passed.

12. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

- Check with household members, neighbors, building reception or local delivery points
- Contact the shipping carrier or local postal service
- Contact us with your order number and tracking information

We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless required by applicable law.

13. Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page where applicable.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the order together when all items are available unless otherwise stated.
