Refund & Return Policy

At Fifty Boutique, we want every customer to shop with confidence. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, faulty items, customs-related returns, refused packages and unclaimed parcels are handled.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

If a legal right of withdrawal applies in your country or region, you may notify us of your decision to cancel or return your order within the legally required period after delivery. After notifying us, you must return the item within the applicable legal timeframe and according to the return instructions we provide.

- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for your return request
- Clear photos if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with original packaging where possible
- Free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, odors, pet hair, damage or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, partially refunded, or returned to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit, we may deduct an amount from the refund for loss in value where permitted by applicable law.

3. Right of Withdrawal

For customers in regions where a legal right of withdrawal applies, including the European Union, United Kingdom and Türkiye, you may have the right to cancel an online purchase within the legally required period after receiving your order.

This right does not apply to every type of product. Certain products may be excluded where allowed by law, including personalized items, made-to-order items, sealed hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed, and gift cards.

Normal fashion items purchased online may still be subject to mandatory withdrawal rights in certain countries or regions. Nothing in this policy removes those mandatory rights.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. The returned parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it is delivered back to us.

We are not responsible for returns lost, delayed, damaged or misdelivered by the return shipping carrier.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
- A short description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a product fault, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, partial refund or store credit, depending on the situation and applicable law.

This section does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have for faulty goods.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless another method is required or permitted by applicable law.

Where a legal right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law. In other cases, we aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please allow additional time for your bank, card issuer or payment provider to process and post the refund.

7. Shipping Fees, Duties and Taxes

Where a legal right of withdrawal applies and applicable law requires it, the standard original delivery fee may be refunded.

Express shipping, upgraded delivery services, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees and carrier handling charges are non-refundable by Fifty Boutique unless required by applicable law or unless the charge resulted from our error.

If you paid customs duties or import taxes directly to your local customs authority or shipping carrier, you may need to contact them directly regarding any possible refund.

8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because stock can change quickly.

If you need a different size, color or item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

If an exchange is approved, it will depend on product availability at the time your return is processed.

9. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.

Store credit may be offered when:

- The customer chooses store credit voluntarily
- The original payment method is no longer available
- The payment provider does not allow refund processing due to time limits
- The item is returned under a promotional or goodwill return condition

Store credit does not limit any mandatory refund rights that may apply under consumer law.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law:

- Gift cards
- Personalized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as final sale, only where such exclusion is permitted by applicable law
- Sealed hygiene-sensitive items if the seal has been removed
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
- Items with perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, odors or signs of use
- Items returned without original tags

Final sale items are excluded from returns only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

11. Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, unpaid customs duties, unpaid import taxes, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, the customer may be responsible for:

- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Customs charges
- Import taxes
- Carrier fees
- Any other costs charged to Fifty Boutique

These amounts may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

12. Returns Sent Without Authorization

Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed, refused, or returned to the customer.

We require return authorization so that your parcel can be correctly identified and processed.

13. Items Not Belonging to Fifty Boutique

Fifty Boutique is not responsible for items mistakenly returned to us that were not purchased from our store.

We cannot guarantee that such items can be located, stored or returned.

14. Return Address

Returns must only be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team after your return request is approved.
