Orders & delivery
How long before my order is sent?
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
How long does delivery take?
Transit time depends on the destination country, the carrier and customs clearance, and is outside our control, so we do not promise a fixed number of days. In any event your order will be delivered within 30 days of the contract unless we agree otherwise with you.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the number of items. You always see the exact amount before you pay.
Which countries do you ship to?
The European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and selected other destinations. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.
Customs & taxes
Will I pay anything on delivery?
Possibly. Orders are sent from Türkiye, so import duties and import VAT may be charged by your country. These are not included in our prices. Since 1 July 2026 the EU also applies customs duty to consignments below €150. See Customs, Duties & Import Taxes.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product page lists the measurements for that specific piece. Our Size Guide converts between EU, UK, US and IT sizing. If you are between sizes, email us and we will advise.
Returns & refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. EU and UK customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. Contact us first at info@fiftyboutique.com and we will send return instructions and the correct return address.
Who pays return postage?
For a change of mind, you do. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the full cost and you choose a replacement or a full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return reaches us and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Stock changes quickly, so we usually recommend returning the item and placing a new order. Where stock allows, we will do our best to exchange.

Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Consumers in the EU have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity; UK consumers have equivalent statutory rights. See our Refund & Return Policy.
How should I care for my pieces?
Follow the care label. Most of our linen and viscose prefers a cool, gentle wash and drying flat in shade.
Payment & security
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown in euro. Your bank may apply its own conversion if your account is in another currency.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.
