Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you have an equivalent right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
How to exercise the right
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email to info@fiftyboutique.com. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Please wait for our written return instructions before sending anything back, so that your parcel can be identified and processed correctly.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods — in practice, the kind of inspection you could make in a shop.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. Ordinary fashion items you have tried on are not excluded.
