This page sets out the product safety information required by Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (GPSR), which has applied since 13 December 2024 to all products offered to consumers in the European Union, including by sellers established outside the EU.
1. Manufacturer / producer
The garments and accessories sold by Fifty Boutique are produced by our manufacturing partners in Türkiye and the European Union. The producer identity for each item is stated on the product label and, where applicable, in the product description. Where Fifty Boutique places a product on the market under its own name or trade mark, Fifty Boutique is regarded as the manufacturer for the purposes of the GPSR.

2. Responsible Person in the European Union
Under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988, a product may only be placed on the EU market if there is an economic operator established in the Union who is responsible for the tasks listed in that Article. Our EU Responsible Person is:
[[DOLDUR: AB Sorumlu Kişisi zorunludur. Adı / şirket adı, tam AB adresi, e-posta ve telefonu buraya yazılacak. Henüz atanmadıysa AB'ye satış yasal olarak yapılamaz.]]
Name:
Address (in an EU Member State):
Email:
Telephone:
The Responsible Person verifies that the required technical documentation and safety information exist, keeps that documentation available to market surveillance authorities for the period required by law, informs the authorities of any product presenting a risk, and cooperates with them on corrective action.
3. Product safety information and warnings
Our products are clothing and fashion accessories intended for adult use. Each product page and product label provides the information necessary to identify the item and to use it safely, including material composition and care instructions.
General warnings:
- Keep small components — such as beads, stones, clasps, buttons and decorative elements — away from children under 3 years of age. Small parts may become detached and present a choking hazard.
- Jewellery and accessories are not toys and are not intended for children.
- Follow the care instructions on the label. Incorrect washing, ironing or bleaching may damage the item or affect its safety.
- Textiles should be kept away from open flames and direct heat sources.
- If you have a known metal allergy (for example to nickel), check the material composition before wearing jewellery items, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Discontinue use if an item becomes damaged, sharp or worn in a way that could cause injury.
4. Traceability
Every product carries the information needed to identify it, including product name, product code and, where applicable, batch or model reference. Please quote your order number and the product name in any safety-related enquiry so that we can trace the specific item.
5. Reporting a safety concern or an accident
If you believe a product we supplied is unsafe, or if an accident has occurred, please contact us immediately at info@fiftyboutique.com with the subject line "Product safety". Include your order number, the product name, photographs and a description of what happened.
We will investigate without delay, take appropriate corrective action — which may include repair, replacement, refund, withdrawal or recall — and, where required, notify the competent market surveillance authorities through the EU Safety Business Gateway.
You may also report an unsafe product directly to the authorities via the European Commission's Safety Gate portal, or to your national market surveillance authority.
6. Recalls
If a product we have sold is subject to a safety recall, we will contact affected customers directly using the contact details supplied with the order and publish a notice on this page. Recall remedies are provided free of charge.
